Russian Border
Woah. Just a heads up, we're at the final Russian frontier. We've been through the Mongolian border, the weird Russian mid way border and we're maybe 6 cars back from the gate. They are at lunch. Both of us are stressed to the hilt because if we're not processed this afternoon, we will be stuck here until Monday morning! Reality says we will be through this afternoon, but that doesn't stop us being concerned. Today a lovely couple from the Netherlands got turned back in a smart car at the Russian mid way border. They only had single entry visas which they must have consumed. They need to go to UB to get a Russian visa. Woah!!! Ugh. Oh well, the spot tracker will reveal our location as I very much doubt we'll be making any posts from here.

Hi Guys, We have been following your progress through Russia and Mongolia with interest as we made the trip in reverse in May and June this year. We got to Vladivostok about the same time as you and have been here ever since with gearbox problems. I have tried and tried to find your blog on your trip into Magadan, without any success. Could you send us a note or forward that part of your adventure to us please. Keep healthy, be happy and drive safe. Mike and Sue Broadbent. PS We are retired Canadians driving a 1993 Fiat motor home. Also we have not driven to Magadan.
