Wow – this place is stunning on all counts! We’re staying right in the centre as far as we know. It’s beautiful! We’re going to go out later with cameras to capture some of it. We’ve had lunch which was brilliant!

ReplyDeleteJust checked out your photos - great stuff! ...and those "roadside mound things" - ammunitions stores. The Kolyma Highway kind of followed the route they expected the Americans to fly on their way to assault Moscow.
